OK, this deal is $99 for $200 worth per person in Manly Pavilion, this awarded Best New Restaurant 2011 and One Chef's Hat from the SMH Good Food Guide, How should I put my expectations? I think you are with me here, right? Master class, with 2 courses and glass of wine, magnificent view... I booked straight away after receiving the voucher. However, due to the chef's charity responsibility at my booking date, I changed to the last session of series. The weather was perfect, sunny, blue sky. We arrived at the restaurant. A lot of people here, but the setting was a bit shock to me. You can tell the demonstration table was put up in 5 mins, then seats were scattered around. The executive chef was a bit lack of energy, maybe lack of sleep? He was teaching pork and fennel pasta. Pasta? hmmm, sound a bit easy... but maybe I was wrong, otherwise, my pasta will taste as the quality in fine dining restaurant. The class lasted... Read full review at http
